Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our assembly workflow.

How long does a custom build take to deliver?

Standard air-cooled and AIO builds typically take 3-5 business days once all ordered parts arrive at our facility. Custom open-loop hardline builds require 1-2 weeks due to precise tubing bending, pressure leak testing, and thermal profiling.

What kind of warranty is included?

We provide a labor guarantee on our craftsmanship. If any assembly issue, cable displacement, or thermal paste application problem occurs, we rectify it free of charge. Individual hardware parts remain covered by their original manufacturer warranties (ASUS, MSI, Corsair, etc.), and we assist you through any RMA process.

Can I bring or send my own parts?

Yes. If you already purchased a GPU on sale, an existing case, or SSDs from a previous rig, bring them along. We only charge our labor fee for assembly and testing.

Do you install Windows and drivers?

Yes. Every rig includes updated motherboard BIOS, enabled XMP/EXPO memory profiles, clean Windows installation, and the latest GPU drivers so your PC is turn-key ready out of the box.
