Standard builds typically take 5-7 business days once parts arrive. Custom water-cooled loops or "God Tier" builds may take 2-3 weeks due to extensive leak testing and optimization.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We offer a lifetime labor warranty on all builds. If a loose cable or assembly error causes issues, we fix it free. Component warranties are handled via the original manufacturers (MSI, ASUS, etc.), but we can assist with the RMA process.
Can I bring my own parts?
Absolutely. If you already bought a GPU or Case, bring it in! We will adjust the build fee accordingly based on how much assembly is required.
